How to submit

1Submission system

All manuscripts are submitted electronically through the online submission portal (Microsoft CMT / EasyChair). Authors will receive a paper ID upon submission for tracking through review.

2Submission guidelines

Submissions must be original and unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Papers may present original research, review work, industrial case studies or innovative engineering applications.

3Paper format

Manuscripts should follow the official conference template, up to 6–8 pages including figures, tables and references. Formatting templates will be made available on the submission page.

4Review process

Every submission undergoes double-blind peer review by at least two members of the technical program committee, assessing originality, technical quality and relevance to the conference scope.

5Ethical guidelines

Authors must adhere to standard research ethics, including proper citation, data integrity and disclosure of conflicts of interest. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

6Presentation

Accepted papers must be presented, in person or online, by at least one registered author to be included in the proceedings.

Publication

Proceedings and special issue

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and considered for indexing in major international databases.
